Delivery Options

Fully Assembled Delivery

Many of our sheds and smaller outdoor structures can be delivered fully assembled and ready to use. Our experienced drivers use specialized equipment to transport and position your structure on your prepared site.

If you have a smaller or narrower space, we can still help. We use a shed mule and other professional equipment to maneuver structures into backyards, narrow access points, and tighter spaces we can’t reach with traditional trucks.

Built On Site

Some structures should be constructed directly on your property because of their size, access limitations, or design specifications. This option is good for larger gazebos, pavilions, pergolas, and commercial structures.

Our crew handles the full installation process on-site. We’ll make sure your structure is properly assembled and finished.

Structure Installation Services

Gazebo Installation

Gazebos can be delivered, assembled, or built on-site depending on size and location. Using professional methods, our team makes sure your gazebo is positioned and level so it’s ready to enjoy right away.

Pavilion Installation

Because they usually have a larger footprint, many pavilions are assembled directly on-site. Our installers coordinate the process carefully for accurate construction and stability.

Pergola Installation

Pergolas are professionally installed for proper anchoring and alignment. Over a patio, outdoor kitchen, or garden, our crew helps create a clean, finished outdoor living space.

Swing Set Installation

Our team professionally assembles swing sets and playsets so they’re safe and secure. We carefully position and level each structure while working around existing landscaping and backyard layouts.

Preparing For Delivery Day

Site Access

Before delivery or installation, we’ll help review access points, slopes, gates, overhead wires, and other property features. Proper access planning helps avoid delays and creates a smoother installation.

Foundation & Site Preparation

A properly prepared site is part of a long-lasting structure. Structures should be installed on a level foundation made out of gravel, concrete, or another similar base.

If you need help, River View can recommend trusted local Site Prep Partners to help prepare your space before installation day.

FAQs

How much access space is needed for delivery?

Access requirements vary depending on the structure size and delivery method. Our team will review site conditions before scheduling delivery.

Are structures anchored to the ground?

Yes. Structures are leveled and secured on the prepared foundation; anchoring methods depend on the structure type and your site. Our installers will review the best option with you.

How long does installation take?

Installation time depends on the structure. Fully assembled sheds are typically placed in a single visit, while larger gazebos, pavilions, and pergolas built on-site can take longer. Your sales representative can give you an estimate.

Can structures be built in difficult-to-access backyards?

Often, yes. We use a shed mule and other professional equipment for narrow access points and tight spaces, and larger structures can be built on-site. We’ll review access with you before scheduling.
